I know several people who said that when they had bunion surgery, they were able to walk on their foot after the surgery with crutches. Though they had crutches, they were still able to put weight on their foot. Also, I know several people who had both feet done at the same time.
Now it seems as though people who have bunion surgery cannot put weight on their foot until after at least 4-6 weeks and only one foot is done at a time.
